Cosmetic Products (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations, 2005

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 39 of the Product

Safety Act, the Minister for Competitiveness and Communications has,

on the advice of the Malta Standards Authority, made the following

regulations>-

The title of these regulations is the Cosmetic Products Citation.

(Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations, 2005, and they shall be read and

construed as one with the Cosmetic Products Regulations, 2004, L.N. 424 of 2004.

hereinafter referred to as “the principal regulations”.

In the Second Schedule to the principal regulations, for the Amends

Schedule to the

item in reference number 1107 there shall be substituted the following>- principal

regulations.

“1107. C.I. Solvent Yellow 14 (CAS No 842-07-9)”.
