Investment Registration Scheme (Amendment) Regulations, 2005

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 11(2) of the

External Transactions Act, the Prime Minister and Minister of Finance

has made the following regulations>–

(1) The title of these regulations is the Investment

Registration Scheme (Amendment) Regulations, 2005 and they shall

be read and construed as one with the Investment Registration Scheme

Regulations, 2005, hereinafter referred to as “the principal regulations”.

(2) These regulations shall be deemed to have come into

force on 16th June, 2005.

For regulation 4 of the principal regulations the words “16

June, 2005” shall be substituted with the words “30 June, 2005”.
