(CONSTITUTION OF OFFICE) (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2004

(ACT NO. IV OF 2004)

Commencement notice

BY VIRTUE of the powers given by subarticle (2) of article 1 of

the Attorney General and Counsel for the Republic (Constitution of

Office) (Amendment) Act, 2004, the Deputy Prime Minister and

Minister for Justice and Home Affairs has established the 31 st May,

2005 as the date when all the provisions of the said Act have come into

force.
