Authorised Financial Intermediaries

(Investment Income) (Amendment) Regulations, 2005

BY virtue of the powers conferred by articles 41B and 96 of the

Income Tax Act, the Prime Minister and Minister of Finance has made

the following regulations>

(1) The title of these regulations is the Authorised Financial

Intermediaries (Investment Income) (Amendment) Regulations, 2005

and they shall be read and construed as one with the Authorised Financial

Intermediaries (Investment Income) Regulations, 2003, hereinafter

referred to as “the principal regulations”.

(2) These regulations shall be deemed to have come into

force on the 1 st January, 2005.

In regulation 3 of the principal regulations, for the words “not

later than the thirtieth day of April” there shall be substituted the words

“not later than the thirtieth day of June”.
