Income Tax Exemption
(Philanthropic Work) (No. 2) Notice, 2005
BY VIRTUE of the powers vested in him by article 12(1)(e) of the
Income Tax Act, the Prime Minister and Minister of Finance has named
the “Rotary Club La Valette Malta” as being engaged in philanthropic
work and is thus exempt from income tax.
