(ACQUISITION BY NON-RESIDENTS) ACT

Immovable Property Price Index

BY VIRTUE and for the purposes of article 6(1)(b) of the

Immovable Property (Acquisition by Non-Residents) Act and, in respect

of article 2 of the Immovable Property Price Index Notice by Legal

Notice 255 of 2004, the Director General of the National Statistics Office

has established the Immovable Property Price Index at 113.86% as on

the 1 st April, 2005. This represents a percentage change of 13.86% from
