Delegation of Function to Birgu Local Council
(Water Services Corporation Utility Bills), Order 2005
IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 33(1)(m) of the
Local Councils Act, the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Justice
and Home Affairs has made the following order>–

The title of this order is the Delegation of Function to Birgu
Local Council (Water Services Corporation Utility Bills), Order 2005.

The Minister has directed that Birgu Local Council shall be
delegated the function to collect, on behalf of the Water Services
Corporation, payments of utility bills issued by the Water Services
Corporation.
