Prices Payable For the Acquisition of Graves and Grave Sites
Order, 2005
IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 3 of the Burials
Ordinance, the Minister of Health, the Elderly and Community Care,
with the concurrence of the Prime Minister and Minister of Finance,
has made the following order>–

The title of this order is Prices Payable for the Acquisition of
Graves and Grave Sites Order, 2005.

The price payable for the acquisition of a grave, inclusive of
the consideration for the site at Burmarrad Cemetery shall be Lm1,000.
