Local Councils (Delegation of Enforcement) (Amendment)

(No. 2) Order, 2005

IN exercise of the powers conferred by articles 33(1), 36(6) and

72 of the Local Councils Act, the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister

for Justice and Home Affairs has made the following order>–

The title of this order is the Local Councils (Delegation of

Enforcement) (Amendment) (No. 2) Order, 2005, and this order shall

be read and construed as one with the Local Councils (Delegation of

Enforcement) Order, 2000 hereinafter referred to as “the principal order”.

In the First Schedule to the principal order immediately after

the words “Erecting of Billboards of the Road Regulation, 2004 (L.N.

368 of 2004) Regulation 14” there shall be added the following>–

“Motor Vehicles (Registration and Licensing) Regulations

(L.N. 476 of 2004)

Regulations 14, 15 (3), 18 (1) (2), 19, 21, 22, 23, 26, 34 (2)

(4) (5), 35, 37 and paragraphs (b) (c) (d) (e) (f) (g) (h) (i) (j) and

(k) of subregulation (7) of regulation 51.”.
