COMMISSIONERS FOR JUSTICE ACT

(CAP. 291)

Commissioners for Justice Act (Schedule) (Amendment)

(No. 2) Regulations, 2005

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 13 of the

Commissioners for Justice Act, hereinafter referred to as the “Act”, the

Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Justice and Home Affairs has

made the following regulations>–

The title of these regulations is the Commissioners for Justice

Act (Schedule) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations, 2005, and they shall

be read and construed as one with the Schedule to the Act hereinafter

referred to as “the Schedule”.

Immediately after item 15 of the Schedule there shall be added

the following>–

“16. Motor Vehicles (Registration and Licensing)

Regulations (Legal Notice 476 of 2004)

Regulations 14, 15 (3), 18 (1) (2), 19, 21, 22, 23, 26, 34

(2) (4) (5), 35, 37 and paragraphs (b) (c) (d) (e) (f) (g) (h) (i)

(j) and (k) of subregulation (7) of regulation 51.”.
