EMPLOYMENT AND TRAINING SERVICES ACT

(CAP. 343)

Extended Skill Training Scheme (Amendment)

Regulations, 2005

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 37 of the

Employment and Training Services Act, the Minister of Education,

Youth and Employment, after consulting the Employment and Training

Corporation, has made the following regulations>–

These regulations may be cited as the Extended Skill Training

Scheme (Amendment) Regulations, 2005 and they shall be read and

construed as one with the Extended Skill Training Scheme Regulations,

1998, hereinafter referred to as “the principal Scheme”.

In the Schedule of the principal Scheme, there shall be added

the following new calling>–

“15.

Beauty Therapist”.
