RADIOCOMMUNICATIONS ACT
(CAP. 49)
Satellite Terminal Receive-Only Equipment Order, 2005
BY virtue of the powers conferred by article 3 of the
Radiocommunications Act, the Minister for Competitiveness and
Communications, after consultation with the Malta Communications
Authority hereby orders that satellite terminal receive-only equipment
shall be exempted from the requirements of the said article 3 of the
Radio Communications Act. This order shall be deemed to have come
into effect on the 1 st May, 2004.
