Commencement Notice of the Freedom of Access to Information

on the Environment Regulations, 2005

BY virtue of the powers conferred on him by article 9 of the

Environment Protection Act, and in terms of regulation 1(3) of the

Freedom of Access to Information on the Environment Regulations,

2005, as published by Legal Notice No. 116 of 2005, the Minister for

Rural Affairs and the Environment has established the 17th May, 2005

as the date when the said regulations shall come into force.
