Communicable Diseases and Conditions Regulations, 2005

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 244A(3) of the

Criminal Code, the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Justice and

Home Affairs has specified the following diseases or conditions to which

article 244A of the Criminal Code applies>

(a)

Human Immunodeficiency Virus Infection (HIV)<

(b) Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome (AIDS)<

(ç)

Hepatitis B infection<

(d) Hepatitis C infection<

(e) Tuberculosis.
