(ACT NO. V OF 2001)

Radio Equipment and Telecommunications Terminal Equipment

and the Mutual Recognition of their Conformity

(Amendment) Regulations, 2005

IN exercise of the powers conferred by articles 38 to 40 of the

Product Safety Act, 2001, the Minister for Competitiveness and

Communication, on the advice of the Malta Standards Authority, has

made the following regulations>-

The title of these regulations is the Radio Equipment and Citation.

Telecommunications Terminal Equipment and the Mutual Recognition

of their Conformity (Amendment) Regulations, 2005, and they shall be L.N. 374 of 2002.

Telecommunications Terminal Equipment and the Mutual Recognition

of their Conformity Regulations, 2002, hereinafter referred to as “the

principal regulations”.

Regulation 14.1 of the principal regulations shall be substituted Amends
