LOCAL COUNCILS (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2005

(ATT NO. I OF 2005)

Commencement Notice

BY virtue of the powers conferred by the provisions of subarticle

(2) of article 1 of the Local Councils (Amendment) Act, 2005, the Deputy

Prime Minister and Minister for Justice and Home Affairs has established

the 12th April, 2005 as the date when the provisions of article 8 of the

said Act shall come into force.
