Civil Aviation (Joint Aviation Requirements)

(Amendment) Order, 2004

In exercise of the powers conferred by article 3 of the civil Aviation Act, the

Minister for Transport and Communications has made the following order:-

The title of this order is the Civil Aviation (Joint Aviation Requirements)

(Amendment) Order, 2004, and shall be read and construed as one with the Civil

Aviation (Joint Aviation Requirements) Order, 1998, hereinafter referred to as

“the principal Order”

For the second proviso to sub-article (2) of article 1 of the principal Order,

there shall be substituted the following:-

“Provided further that the Minister may grant exemptions from compliance

with any particular provision of these JARs within the parameters for

exemptions permitted by the JARs themselves”.

For the Schedule to the principal Order there shall be substituted the

following:-
