MUTUAL RECOGNITION OF QUALIFICATIONS ACT,

(ACT NO. XVIII OF 2002)

Commencement of the Mutual Recognition of Professional

Activities Regulations, 2002

BY virtue of the powers conferred by article 8 of the Mutual

Recognition of Qualifications Act, 2002, and in terms of

subregulation (2) of regulation 1 of the Mutual Recognition of

Professional Activities Regulations, 2002 published by Legal Notice

272 of 2002, the Minister of Education, with the concurrence of the

Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Social Policy, has established

the 1st May, 2004 as the date when all the provisions of the said

Mutual Recognition of Professional Activities Regulations, 2002,

shall come into force.
