CHILD ABDUCTION AND CUSTODY ACT

(CAP. 410)

Convention on the Civil Aspects of International Child

Abduction

(Amendment) (No. 2) Order, 2004

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 4 (1) of the Child

Abduction and Custody Act, the Minister of Foreign Affairs has made

the following order>–

Malta Government Gazette — Legal Notice 2004 526 — Convention on the Civil Aspects of International Child

The title of this order is the Convention on the Civil Aspects

of International Child Abduction (Amendment) (No. 2) Order, 2004

and the order shall be read and construed as one with the Convention

on the Civil Aspects of International Child Abduction Order, 2000,

hereinafter referred to as “the principal Order”.

Immediately after the Country “Brazil” and the relative Date

of Commencement “1 st May, 2004” in the Schedule to the principal

Order, there shall be added the following>–
