MALTA RESOURCES AUTHORITY ACT

(ACT NO. XXV OF 2000)

Commencement notice of the Water Supply and Sewerage

Services Regulations, 2004

BY virtue of the powers conferred by article 28 of the Malta

Resources Authority Act, 2000 and in terms of sub-Regulation (2) of

Regulation 1 of the Water Supply and Sewerage Services Regulations,

2004, the Minister for Resources and Infrastructure has established the

1st January, 2005 as the date when all the provisions of the said

Regulations shall come into force, other than sub-paragraphs (ii), (iii)

and (iv) of paragraph (a) and sub-paragraphs (ii), (iii) and (iv) of

paragraph (b) of sub-Regulation (1) of Regulation 3 of the said

Regulations.
