Notice of coming into force

(Part VI)

IN exercise of the powers conferred by subarticle (2) of article 60

of the Trusts (Amendment) Act, 2004, the Minister for Competitiveness

and Communications has established the 1st January, 2005 as the date

on which Part VI of the said Act shall come into force.
