Local Councils (Delegation of Enforcement) (Amendment)

(No. 5) Order, 2004

IN exercise of the powers conferred by articles 33(1), 36(6) and

72 of the Local Councils Act, the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister

for Justice and Home Affairs has made the following order>–

The title of this order is the Local Councils (Delegation of

Enforcement) (Amendment) (No. 5) Order, 2004 and it shall be read

and construed as one with the Local Councils (Delegation of

Enforcement) Order, 2000, hereinafter referred to as “the principal

order”.

In the First Schedule to the principal order immediately after

the words “prohibited place” under the heading “Traffic Regulation

Ordinance (Cap. 65)” there shall be added the following>–

“Erecting of Billboards on the Road Regulation, 2004 (L.N.

368 of 2004) Regulation 14”.
