Notice of coming into force

(Parts II, III, VIII, XVII, XIX)

IN exercise of the powers conferred by subarticle (2) of article 36,

subarticle (2) of article 45, subarticle (2) of article 64, subarticle (2) of

article 108 and subarticle (2) of article 123 of the Trusts (Amendment)

Act, 2004 the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Justice and Home

Affairs has established the 1st January, 2005 as the date on which Parts

II, III, VIII, XVII and XIX of the said Act shall come into force.
