Income Tax Exemption (Philanthropic Work) (No. 3)

Notice, 2004

BY VIRTUE of the powers vested in him by article 12(1)(e) of the

Income Tax Act, the Prime Minister and Minister of Finance has named

the entity “Dar Pirotta” as being engaged in philanthropic work, and

thus exempt from income tax.

This exemption is to have retrospective effect as necessary.
