Pharmacy Council (Fees) Regulations, 2004

IN excercise of the powers conferred by article 51 of the Health

Care Professions Act, the Minister of Health, the Elderly and Community

Care, in concurrence with the Prime Minister and Minister of Finance,

has made the following regulations>–

The title of these regulations is Pharmacy Council (Fees)

Regulations 2004.

The following fees shall be paid to the Pharmacy Council for

the>–

(a) initial registration in the main register for

pharmacists ……………………………………………Lm25

(b) initial registration in the main register for pharmacy

technicians …………………………………………………Lm25

(c) registration in the temporary register of pharmacists and

pharmacy technicians ………………………………………Lm10

(d) retention of registration in the main register of

pharmacists …………………………………………Lm 5 yearly

(e) retention of registration in the main register of pharmacy

technician ……………………………………………Lm4 yearly

(f) retention of registration in the main register of

pharmacist and pharmacy technicians of a retiring

pensionable age …………………………………Lm3 yearly

(g) addition in qualification …………………………Lm5

(h) issue of a certificate of good standing with the

Council and compliance with the provisions of the relevant

EU directives …………………………………………Lm 10

(i) restoration of names removed ……………………Lm 25

(j) general services not covered by the above

provisions ………………………………………………Lm 10
