The Dangerous Substances (Notification) (Amendment) (No. 2)

Regulations, 2004

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 39 of the Product

Safety Act, 2001, the Minister for Competitiveness and Communications

has, on the advice of the Malta Standards Authority, made the following

regulations>-

The title of these regulations is the Dangerous Substances

Malta Government Gazette — Legal Notice 2004 499 — Regulations, 2004

(Notification) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations, 2004, and they shall

be read and construed as one with the Dangerous Substances

(Notification) Regulations, 2001, hereinafter referred to as the “the

principal regulations”.

The following entry shall be added to regulation 3.1 (i) of

Malta Government Gazette — Legal Notice 2004 499 — Regulations, 2004

the principal regulations>

- “Directive 2004#73#EC (OJ L 152, 29.04.2004, p. 1)”.
