Investment Services Act (Control of Assets)

(Amendment) Regulations, 2004

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 12 of the Investment

Services Act, the Prime Minister and Minister of Finance, acting on the

advice of the Malta Financial Services Authority, has made the following

regulations>-

(1) These regulations may be cited as the Investment Services

Act (Control of Assets) (Amendment) Regulations, 2004 and they shall

be read and construed as one with the Investment Services Act (Control

of Assets) Regulations, 1998, hereinafter referred to as “the principal

regulations”.

(2) These regulations shall come into force on the 30th

November, 2004.

In regulation 2 of the principal regulations, sub-regulation (4)

thereof shall be deleted.
