Notice of Appointed Date
BY virtue of the powers conferred by the provisions of paragraph
(c) of article 24B of the Income Tax Management Act, the Prime Minister
and Minister of Finance has appointed the 23rd November, 2004 to be
the date referred to in the said paragraph.
