Public Contracts (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations, 2004

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 4 of the Financial

Administration and Audit Act, the Prime Minister and the Minister of

Finance has made the following regulations>-

The title of these regulations is the Public Contracts

(Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations, 2004 and they shall be read and

construed as one with the Public Contracts Regulations, 2003, hereinafter

referred to as “the principal regulations”.

In Schedule 1 and Schedule 3 of the principal regulations, the

words “Central Bank of Malta” in the Second Column adjacent to the

words “Ministry of Finance” in the First Column thereof, shall be

deleted.
