Commissioner of Land (Transfer of Rights and Liabilities)

(No. 5) Order, 2004

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 2 of the

Commissioner of Land Ordinance, the President of Malta has made the

following order>–

The title of this order is the Commissioner of Land (Transfer

of Rights and Liabilities) (No. 5) Order, 2004.

The Land described in article 4 of this order is hereby specified

for the purpose of article 2 of the Commissioner of Land Ordinance.

The rights and liabilities in respect of the land specified in

article 2 of this order shall with effect from the 9th September, 2004

be deemed to have been exercised by Malta Industrial Parks Limited

(C 28965) as provided in the aforesaid article 2 of the Ordinance.

The land referred to in article 2 of this order consists of an

area of land at Marsa, shown bordered in red on plan P.D. No. 38_93_B,

which plan is enrolled in the Acts of Notary Vincent Miceli by virtue of

deed dated 17th September, 2004.
