Housing Authority (Transfer of Assets) (No. 5) Order, 2004

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 12 of the Housing

Authority Act, the President of Malta has made the following order>-

having an area of approximately 2,092 square metres, bounded on

the North by Triq l-Isqof S. Gaffiero, on the South by Triq Giovanni

Gafà, and on the West by Triq tal-:onna, which land formed part

of Government land acquired in virtue of deed No. 137#96 dated

24 th July, 1996, in the records of Notary Vincent Miceli<

(b) a plot of land shown marked B and known as Site B,

having an area of approximately 3,011 square metres, bounded on

the North by Triq l-Isqof S. Gaffiero, on the South by Triq Giovanni

Gafà, and on the East by Triq Antonio Zammit, which land formed

part of Government land acquired in virtue of deed No. 137#96

dated 24 th July, 1996, in the records of Notary Vincent Miceli<

and

(c) a plot of land shown marked C and known as Site C,

having an area of approximately 2,393 square metres, bounded on

the North by Triq Giovanni Gafà , on the South by Triq ix-Xwieki,

and on the West by Triq Gaspare Formica, which land formed part

of Government land acquired in virtue of deed No. 137#96 dated

24 th July, 1996 and 4#89 dated 11 th January, 1989, both deeds in

the records of Notary Vincent Miceli. (HAM 175#82).
