Commencement Notice of Part XIX

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 87(2) of the

Amendment of Various Laws Act, 2004, the Prime Minister and Minister

of Finance has established the 1st May, 2004 as the date when Part XIX

of Act III of 2004 has come into force.
