(CAP. 123)
Income Tax Exemption (Philanthropic Work) Notice, 2004
BY VIRTUE of the powers vested in him by article 12(1)(e) of
the Income Tax Act (Cap. 123), the Prime Minister and Minister of
Finance has named the “Jesuit Refugee Services” as being engaged
in philanthropic work, and thus exempt from income tax.
