Notice of coming into force

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 34 of the

Electronic Communications (Regulation) Act and in accordance with

regulation 1 of the Electronic Communications Networks and

Services (General) Regulations, 2004, the Minister for

Competitiveness and Communications, after consultation with the

Malta Communications Authority has established the 14th September

2004 as the date of the coming in force of the Electronic

Communications Networks and Services (General) Regulations,
