(AMENDMENT) ACT, 2004

(ACT NO. VII OF 2004)

Commencement Notice

BY virtue of the powers conferred by article 1(2) and by articles

2(2), 10(2), 29(2), 40(2), 45(2), 47(2) and 54(2) of the Communication

Laws (Amendment) Act, 2004, hereinafter referred to as “the Amending

Act”, the Minister for Competitiveness and Communications has

appointed the 14th September, 2004 as the date when all the remaining

articles of the Amending Act, other than the provisions of article 34 of

new Part VII of the Malta Communications Authority Act in article 8

of the Amending Act, shall come into force.
