Telecommunications (Repeal of Various Regulations)
Regulations, 2004
IN exercise of the powers conferred on him by article 38 of the
Telecommunications (Regulation) Act, the Minister for Competitiveness
and Communications, after consultation with the Malta Communications
Authority, has made the following regulations>
These regulations shall be cited as the Telecommunications Citation.
(Repeal of Various Regulations) Regulations, 2004.
The following regulations are hereby being repealed>
