Declaration of Bank Holidays

IN exercise of the powers conferred by subarticle (3) of article 3

of the Banking Act, the Prime Minister and Minister of Finance, after

consultation with the Malta Financial Services Authority and with the

Central Bank of Malta, has declared the 26th March, 2005, the 26th

December, 2005 and the 2nd January, 2006 as bank holidays.
