(ACT NO. XII OF 2004)

Notice of coming into force

IN exercise of the powers conferred by sub-article (2) of article 1

of the Eco-Contribution Act, 2004, the Minister for Rural Affairs and

the Environment, has appointed the 1 st September, 2004 as the date on

which the provisions of the said Act shall come into force.
