REFUGEES (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2004

(ACT NO. VIII OF 2004)

BY virtue of the powers conferred by the provisions of sub-article

(2) of article 1 of the Refugees (Amendment) Act, 2004, the Deputy

Prime Minister and Minister for Justice and Home Affairs has established

the 10 th August, 2004 as the date when the provisions of articles 2, 3, 4,

5, 6, 7, 8 and 10 of the said Act shall come into force.
