PRODUCT SAFETY ACT, 2001

(ACT NO. V OF 2001)

Repeal of the Fertilizers Regulations, 2002

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 38 of the Product

Safety Act, 2001, the Minister for Competitiveness and Communications

is hereby repealing, on the advice of the Malta Standards Authority, the

Fertilizers Regulations, 2002 published by Legal Notice 363 of 2002),

with effect from the 1st August, 2004.
