Transfer of Rights and Responsibilities

(Commissioner of Land) Regulations, 2004

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 2 of the

Commissioner of Land Ordinance, the Minister for Investment, Industry

and Information Technology has made the following regulations>–

(1) The title of these regulations is the Transfer of Rights

and Responsibilities (Commissioner of Land) Regulations, 2004.

(2) These regulations shall come into force on the 15th July,

2004.

The rights and responsibilities in respect of the land specified

in the Legal Notices indicated hereunder shall with effect from the

commencement date of these regulations be exercised by Malta

Industrial Parks Limited (C 28965)>
