COMMISSIONER OF LAND ORDINANCE

(CAP. 169)

Appointment of Competent Authority

(Commissioner of Land Ordinance) Regulations, 2004

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 2 of the

Commissioner of Land Ordinance, the Minister for Investment, Industry

and Information Technology has made the following regulations>–

(1) The title of these regulations is the Appointment of

Competent Authority (Commissioner of Land Ordinance) Regulations,

2004. (2) These regulations shall come into force on the 15th July,

2004.

Malta Industrial Parks Limited (C 28965) is designated as the

competent authority for the purposes of article 2 of the Commissioner

of Land Ordinance.
