European Union (Amendment of Pension Laws) (No. 2) Order,

IN virtue of the powers conferred by article 4 of the European

Union Act, 2003, the Prime Minister has made the following Order>

(1) The title of this Order is the European Union

(Amendment of Pension Laws) (No. 2) Order, 2004.

(2) This Order shall be read and construed as one with the

European Union (Amendment of Pension Laws) Order, 2004, hereinafter

referred to as “the principal Order”.

In the Maltese text of article 4(2) of the principal Order, in

article 18 of the Prisons Act, for the words “l-artikolu 2” there shall be

substituted the words “l-artikolu 17”.
