Importation (Control) (Amendment) Regulations, 2004

IN exercise of the powers conferred by subarticle (1) of article 3 of

the Supplies and Services Act, the Minister for Competitiveness and

Communications has made the following regulations:-

(1)

The title of these regulations is the Importation

(Control) (Amendment) Regulations, 2004, and these shall be read

and construed as one with the Importation (Control) Regulations,

2004, hereinafter referred to as “the principal regulations.”

(2)

These regulations shall come into force on the day

following their publication.

For the Second Schedule to the principal regulations there

shall be substituted the following new schedule
