PRODUCT SAFETY ACT, 2001

(ACT NO. V OF 2001)

Repeal of several Mandatory Orders

BY virtue of the powers conferred on him by article 38 of the

Product Safety Act, 2001, the Minister for Competitiveness and

Communications, on the advice of the Malta Standards Authority, has

established the 1 st July, 2004, as the date when the following Mandatory

Orders, issued under the Quality Control (Exports, Imports and Local

Goods) Act, shall be repealed>
