AMENDMENT OF VARIOUS LAWS ACT, 2004

(ACT NO. III OF 2004)

Commencement notice

BY virtue of the powers given by articles 1(2), 11(2) and 43(2) of

the Amendment of Various Laws Act, 2004, the Minister of Health,

the Elderly and Community Care has established the 1st May, 2004, as

the date when articles 12 to 32 and 44 to 50 of the said Act have come

into force.
