Notice of Repeal of Regulations

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 38 of the Product

Safety Act, 2001, the Minister for Competitiveness and Communications

has, on the advice of the Malta Standards Authority, repealed the

following regulations, with effect from the 1 st July, 2004>

Natural Mineral Waters Regulations, 2001 (L.N. 311 of

2001)

Preserved Milk Regulations, 2002 (L.N. 15 of 2002)
