Housing Authority (Transfer of Assets) (No. 3) Order, 2004

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 12 of the Housing

Authority Act, the President of Malta has made the following order>-

The title of this order in the Housing Authority (Transfer of

Assets) (No. 3) Order, 2004.

The property described in article 4 of this order is hereby

specified for the purpose of article 12 of the Housing Authority Act.

The property specified in article 2 of this order shall be

transferred and vest in the Housing Authority as provided in the article

aforesaid with effect from the 18th May, 2004.

The property referred to in article 2 of this order is the

following, that is to say>

(1) A plot of land having an area of approximately 168

square metres, known as Plot No. 47 (formerly Plot No. 16) in

Triq il-Mit[na l-:dida and forming part of the Government

Housing Estate, limits of Mellie[a, bounded on the North-East by

Triq il-Mit[na l-:dida, on the South-West by property of Mr A.

Bartolo, and on the North-West by Triq id-D[in, on which are

built premises bearing number 47, Triq il-Mit[na l-:dida, Mellie[a,

and which is edged red and marked P. 16 on L.D. 383#91#16.

(2) A plot of land having an area of approximately 120

square metres, known as Plot No. 10 in Triq {alib it-Tajr and

forming part of the Government Housing Estate in Santa Luçija,

bounded on the North-East by public passage, on the South-East

by Triq G[eneb id-Dib, and on the South-West by property of Mr

J. Mifsud, on which are built premises bearing number 12, “Maria

Immakulata”, Triq {alib it-Tajr, Santa Luçija, and which is edged

red and marked P. 10 on L.D. 11#82#64. (HAP 6#2003).

(3) A plot of land having an area of approximately 143

square metres and site, known as Plot No. 225 and site B

respectively, in Triq il-Bruka, and forming part of the Government

Housing Estate in Santa Luçija, bounded on the North-West, on

the South-East and on the South-West by property transferred to

the Housing Authority, on which are built premises bearing number

29, Triq il-Bruka, Santa Luçija and which are edged red and marked

P. 225 and Site B on L.D. 11#82#75. (HAP 5#2003).

(4) A plot of land having an area of approximately 136

square metres, known as No. 36 (formerly Plot No. 1) in Triq il-

Fossa tal-Qam[ and forming part of the Government Housing

Estate, limits of }ejtun, bounded on the North-East by Government

property, on the South-East by Triq il-Fossa tal-Qam[ and on the

South-West by property transferred to the Housing Authority, on

which are built premises bearing number 36, Triq il-Fossa tal-

Qam[, }ejtun, and which is edged red and marked P. 1 on L.D.

(5) A plot of land having an area of approximately 235

square metres, known as Plot No. 67 in Triq l-Imqades and forming

part of the Government Housing Estate, limits of Xag[ra, Gozo,

bounded on the North-East and on the South-West by Government

property and on the South-East by Triq l-Imqades, on which are

built premises bearing number 67, Triq l-Imqades, Xag[ra, Gozo,

and which is edged red and marked P. 67 on L.D. 357#90#2. (HAP

1#2003).

(6) Flat number 14, Block B, Government Housing Estate,

Bir]ebbu;a (Tenement No. 69073 - RTB 309#2002).

(7) Flat number 1, Block C, Government Housing Estate,

Bir]ebbu;a (Tenement No. 72044 - HA 225#99).

(8) Flat number 3, Block 7, Government Housing Estate,

Triq il-Fosos, Floriana (Tenement No. 67962 - RTB 88#2003).

(9) Flat number 4, Block B, Qasam Tal-Men[ir, Kirkop
