MEDICINE ACT, 2004
(ACT NO. III OF 2004)
Delegation to Medicines Authority Order, 2004
BY virtue of the powers conferred by the provisions of sub-article
(3) of the Medicines Act, the Licensing Authority has by this order
delegated its functions under sub-article (2) (m)(n)(o) of article 3 of the
said Act to the Medicines Authority.
