Commencement Notice of Part XV

IN exercise of the powers conferred by Articles 1(2) and 66(2) of

the Amendment of Various Laws Act, 2004, the Deputy Prime Minister

and Minister for Justice and Home Affairs has established the 14th May,

2004 as the date when Part XV of the said Act has come into force.
